Water Damage Repair and Complete Patio Restoration​​​​​​​


This project involved addressing significant water damage and dry rot caused by a leak in the corners of a patio located above a garage. The persistent leaks had allowed moisture to seep into the structure, compromising the integrity of the wood and creating the need for a full restoration.

Our team began by carefully removing the damaged shingles and assessing the extent of the dry rot. We replaced all compromised wood to restore structural stability, then installed new flashing to prevent future water intrusion. To ensure long-lasting protection, we applied Deck-50 Polyurethane Elastomeric Traffic Topping CS-402, providing a durable, flexible, and water-resistant barrier ideal for high-traffic areas like patios.

Once the waterproofing process was complete, we meticulously reinstalled the shingles, staining the new ones to seamlessly match the existing ones. The result is a fully restored, leak-free patio that not only protects the garage below but also blends perfectly with the original aesthetic of the home.
